Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

• We never use partial or complete information of our clients, for commercial purpose; nor do we share or sell it to any third parties. We assure you that we maintain complete secrecy of your private information.
• We claim no rights over design mockups that our clients provide. All such rights remain with the client throughout the design process and after the deal is closed, and the project is signed off.
• We respect your professional artwork and will only use it only to assist you in your goals. We will not take your artwork for use on any other site, resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstances, and for any reason.
• We guarantee that all information including artwork, contact information, client notes that we share across remains confidential.
• We will never contact your clients or clients of your clients; we do respect your business.

Disclosure of Information

There may be certain factors where we are not responsible for any leakage of your private information from our side. We may be legally required to disclose information to the government under certain circumstances; to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfil your requests, or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or an investigation on a matter of public safety. However any such incident or situation would be communicated to you, at the earliest possible time in such a situation.

Information about customers that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure. For example, there may be an illegal and unauthorized access or accidental disclosure because of some third party attempt that is not within control. We do not take responsibility of any such action; however, we shall extend complete support to track any such attempt and to restore your private information, as far as possible.
